Stephanie
Level 5 Stylist
Stephanie graduated from the advanced Hair Art Academy at John Casablancas in 2012. She specializes in highlighting services such as balayages, root melts and Bellami extensions. She lives in the Willoughby area with her three children (Ayla, Owen & Wren), husband (Ryan) and their dog Bentley. She has a passion for education and loves mentoring other stylists to reach their potential. When she is not at the salon, she is either at the rink with her son or the cheer gym with her eldest daugher.
Tiffany
Level 5 Stylist
Graduating from a local hair school in 2010, Tiffany has a passion for hair and works to make sure all of her clients feel special, unique and confident. Striving to bring out the best in all of her clients, she creates an effortless and fresh style with the belief that one haircut doesn't fit all. She utilizes face shape and personal style to create a tailored, current and manageable look. Tiffany specializes in all things hair. From balayage to blonding, custom coloring, styling and extensions. She can really do it all.When she isn’t in the salon, Tiffany can be found cooking up something delicious, snuggling her Pugs Jack & Delilah or traveling with her husband.
Kim
Level 5 Stylist
Stylist Kim has been in the hair industry since 2006 and she specializes in barbering, lived- in low maintenance colours, creative colours and pushing the limits of the norm. She enjoys working with her clients to create unique looks that they feel great in which suite their own needs. Life is too short for boring hair.
When she's not in the salon, you can find her out with her husband and 2 dogs living their best lives.
Hannah
Level 5 Stylist
Hannah has been doing hair for four years, she has always enjoyed doing big projects with vibrant colours. She loves max blonding services and has an absolute passion for hair extensions and giving her guests a huge transformation that makes them feel the best they possibly can. She recently got a puppy named Ollie who may be spotted around the shop from time to time!
Faith
Level 5 Stylist
Faith has been in the hair industry since 2018 and has become a master of her craft. She specializes in blondes and extensions but it’s also very skillful at colour theory. She has passion for teaching and expanding others knowledge in the industry.
Faith has a great personable personality. She is bubbly and always happy to meet new people and make them feel comfortable in her chair.
Heidi
Level 4 Stylist
Heidi started hair in 2014 with a passion for technical cutting and colouring. She moved to Canada in 2007 from Korea, has 3 children and a dog named Hazel. When she is not working, you can find her hanging out with her kids and dog or watching Korean dramas.
Ciara
Level 3 Stylist
Ciara graduated from the Hair Art Academy in August of 2021. She loves blondes, textured cuts, and lived in (low maintenance) colours. Outside of the salon you can catch her hanging out with friends and family, and obsessing over her dog Roxy!
Emma
Level 2 Stylist
Emma first entered the hair world as a receptionist at Era, she quickly fell in love with the idea of becoming a hairdresser and being able to make her clients feel confident. She graduated from Blanche MacDonald in April of 2021 and is excited to learn new techniques and be creative with her work. In her spare time you can find Emma binging the newest series on Netflix.
Hannah I
Level 1 Stylist
Hannah was born and raised in Edmonton, who recently moved to Langley to pursue her hair career. With already being in the industry for a year, she has already developed a strong passion for creating stunning blondes and extensions.
Lara
Lara is our booking coordinator. She worked as a laser technician before starting at Era. She lives in the Willoughby area with her loving husband, adorable baby, and two furry feline companions. Lara's warm and accommodating personality makes her the go-to person when you call to book appointments, ensuring that your journey to beauty is not only effective but also a pleasant and memorable experience.
Kamilah
Kamilah started with Era Hair studio in 2022 as our part-time front desk coordinator. This is Kamilah’s first job, and is motivated to learn and gain experience working with customers. She loves watching the stylists work and helping them when she can, she is even thinking about taking the hair program through her school. Kamilah is in grade 12 and her favorite class is ceramics. Along with the arts, Kamilah also danced for 10 years as a company dancer. She has so much love for animals (with a dog of her own) and hopes to be volunteer at an animal shelter in a few years.
Marley - Greeter
Marley, the charming greeter is a loveable Chiweenie who is known for brightening everyone's day with his wagging tail and floppy ear. His endearing nature has made him a cherished member of the salon.
