We require a minimum 24 hours notice for cancelled/rescheduled appointments. IF you cancel within 24 hours, we require 50% of your cancelled/rescheduled appointment before you book in again.

*No Shows* If you no show your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service. In order to book again you will be required to pay 50% of your scheduled service plus the new full amount.

*Lates* If you are 15 minutes late to an appointment, we hold the right to refuse the service. If we agree to perform the service, it will be the full price and we may not be able to "finish" the service.

Our Treatcard is similar to a loyalty card, only better. You earn points that you can redeem for rewards like trying new treatments, services or products.

To secure your appointment booking, we require a valid credit card to be kept on file. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure the smooth scheduling of our services.

For larger services, a deposit of $100.00 may be charged to your credit card. This deposit will be credited towards the total cost of your service. The deposit serves as a commitment fee to reserve your appointment slot and helps us allocate the necessary resources for your service. It also helps mitigate potential scheduling conflicts and ensures that our team can provide you with the highest quality service tailored to your needs.

The deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within our specified time frame. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
