I struggled to find exactly what I wanted, but was given great options and choices that helped me feel more comfortable in what I was hoping to do. And I'm so happy my hair is refreshed and I have beautiful color not only in my hair but back in my face. Hannah was very thorough in taking on my large amount of hair and was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable and I'm super happy with the end result. Just happy my hair is lighter and refreshed and beautiful again.
PLEASE READ DO NOT GO HERE!! I have never written a bad review in my life but today it is more than required. I went in with my hair balayaged and ready for more blonde, ASHY blonde. Long story short I asked for my blonde to the root and got an awful looking root line… like what? I just got it dyed there should not ALREADY be a line. Adding on to this my hairstylist left orange streaks in my hair from not toning it long enough. On top of this she didn’t fully blow dry my hair before she styled it and now it’s fried. As you can imagine I was extremely upset and immediately called them in hopes to get a refund or help fixing it. When I walked back into the store the manager Stephanie yelled at me from across the salon and told me NO REFUND because there was nothing wrong with it…… I was shocked. Everyone in the salon could tell my hair looked hideous. In the end stephanie dyed my roots back to my original colour and now I am basically back to my original colour along with 300 dollars down the drain. Will NOT be coming here again
I went there today for a hair cut, my hair was sooo damaged and it was long due for a haircut. I didn’t know what I wanted but luckily Emma walked me through the whole process and checked with me if the length she was cutting was okay. She was so kind , and very helpful and honestly I’ve never felt more beautiful . I absolutely loved the haircut and how she styled it! I never thought I’d look good with curtain bangs but damn 😍 I’m going back to maintain the length and the style of my hair!The staff is so friendly and they have puppies walking around giving you love ! 😍how can you not want to go back?☺️😍
This is my favourite hair salon. I have been coming to Era for a couple years now. I have had my hair done by Kim, Ciara, Emma and a few other stylists who previously worked here. All of them have been phenomenal. Because of my job, I don't always know my schedule in advance so am a super last minute scheduler, which means usually I am having to book with someone different. Everyone who has cut my hair here has done a fantastic job and I know I can always trust I will leave here happy with my hair. Thank you so much for your wonderful and friendly service!
I was in the salon for an appointment with Hannah isert. It was my most pleasant experience. Hannah is very knowledgeable and such a pleasure to chat with during the appointment. I had grey hair and she was able to change it to brown with amazing highlights. I have been told by numerous people since it was done how much they love it. I will definitely return to this salon and request Hannah. Five stars 👍
