Kaitlyn nailed it! I came in with the hopes of cutting off a good chunk of my hair and she did exactly what I asked for! I hadn’t had my hair cut in over a year due to hairstylists moving and changes in my life, and she did exactly what I needed for my hair to feel healthy and for me to feel beautiful again!
Kaitlyn did an amazing job with my cut and colour, she gave me exactly what I asked for and also took the time to ask all the extra questions to make sure she got it right!
It was my first my time at Era Hair Studio in Langley. The hair stylist Puneet was so amazing. She was wonderful, kind and did exactly what I wanted to my hair. My hair turned out perfect! I would recommend her to all my family and friends. I felt amazing and so happy with my hair. My service I received was 10/10

Hannah did an amazing job not just cutting my daughter’s hair but answering all her silly doubts throughout the session. My daughter was anxious about the hair dryer initially but Hannah made her feel so much at ease that she did not mind getting her hair dried at the end!!

So I was looking for a good hair salon and hair stylist for my birthday as I wanted to change my look for my birthday and that’s when I came across Puneet’s page on Instagram and I looked through her content and decided to make an appointment with her, I got a haircut done with fringe bangs with layers from her and she did such an amazing job♥️ I absolutely love my look and I’m definitely booking with her again. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with @hairbyhannahml at this salon. I was shocked when I finally saw the back of my hair. Unfortunately, since I couldn’t thoroughly see the back of my hair during the appointment, I only realized later how bad it was. I reached out to both the stylist and the manager but neither were helpful or responsive. Overall, I can't recommend this place based on my experience.
