I have been getting my hair done by Kat for a couple years now and she's amazing! I had been bleaching my hair from a box for years and it was highly damaged when I found Kat. She has worked her magic and did a fabulous job at fixing my hair, restoring the damage and also making sure I was 100% happy with the bright blonde colour! I get many compliments on my hair now, and it's all thanks to Kat!

Getting my hair done by Kat has always been the most amazing experience. She is great with color and can transform my hair beautifully, from blonding to a brunette or vice versa with such a smooth and beautiful transition. My hair always remains strong and healthy with her care and all the instructions that she gives me to take care of my hair. Having her as my hairstylist has been such a life changing for me. Always so looking forward to getting my hair done by her. If you are looking for a great hairstylist that will make you look awesome and will take such good care of it at the same time, I would highly recommend Kat, you won't regret it!💕
I recently went to Era back in December and as always I was really happy with my service from Kat. Kat has been doing my hair for many years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She takes her time, never rushes and always ensures I am happy with my hair. She really cares about all of her clients.I also really enjoyed coming to this new location. It is a smaller location then the previous salon I went too. But I felt like I was at home, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.I will continue to send friends to this salon and Kat ❤️
My experience at Era Hair Studio was awful. I came in with clear inspiration pics and communicated what I exactly wanted, but got the complete opposite. If anything, I walked out looking like Barney - feeling insecure. The colour was completely off. I had asked for darker hair with tints of burgundy/dark violetish. Instead, I came out with straight rich bright purple. Due to this, I had to go back the very next day to get it fixed. Of which, it was thankfully fixed. HOWEVER, Era Hair Studio charged me full price again despite their policy stating that customers get complimentary redos as long as it fits with the original consultation; mine did. But, the stylist decided to say that it’s completely different - I didn’t argue and just agreed as I am not a confrontational person. But, any reasonable from the pictures below can tell that what I got my from my initial visit is NOTHING like my inspiration pics. However, the second visit is. I should have NOT been charged twice. This is highly disappointing.
This was my first time at this salon and honestly the first time a stylist has done exactly what I asked for. Ciara is really good at what she does. I have thin hair and was really specific about wanting a blunt cut to keep it looking fuller, and she absolutely nailed it. She knew exactly how to do a blunt cut to add volume, and that’s exactly what my hair needed. This cut has added so much more volume and my hair looks so much healthier without feeling too short. She really listened, respected what I wanted, and styled it exactly how I asked as well. I’m so happy with the result and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!
Had a haircut and root touchup with Kat and she did an amazing job! She handled my curly hair very well, and gave me some styling tips as well. She made the experience fun and pleasant. Would highly recommend her!
I had such a great experience from start to finish. I went from long hair to a lob and I absolutely love it. Tiffany was so knowledgeable and took the time to share her advice on what would suit me best, and I’m really glad I trusted her guidance. The service was amazing, professional, and seamless.
