Kat is beyond amazing. Every appointment feels super comfortable, and she just gets what I’m trying to explain with my hair. The results always turn out even better than I expected. She’s so easy to talk to, really kind, and makes the whole experience relaxing.

The service was fantastic. I love that time was taken to really figure out how to fix my hair from a previous bad cut from another salon! I enjoyed my time, my cut is fantastic and I will be back! Thank you Emma!!!

I recently took my mom to Era Studio for a haircut with Dara. My mom's hair reached below her shoulders and was in good shape. I requested a simple bob cut around shoulder length and even showed a picture from Pinterest. When Dara saw the photo, she said my mom's hair had too much volume and that it might be hard to get the look we wanted, but she agreed to try. As a hairstylist, I believe handling different hair types is part of the job, especially for a basic cut. The whole appointment—washing, cutting, and blow-drying—took about 45 minutes, and I was charged $75. In the past, other stylists have taken close to an hour or more, taking their time with the cut and styling. I didn't want to upset my mom, so I didn’t say anything about how the haircut looked afterward. I had gone to Dara before to style my hair and really wanted to give her a chance with my mom's haircut since she is a newer stylist, but unfortunately, things didn't go well that day. When I politely asked if the haircut matched what we wanted, she seemed offended and insisted it was fine, saying my mom's hair was too heavy. If that’s true, I’m not sure why there wasn’t more guidance or better handling of the hair type from the start.Thank you for your response. I just want to clarify that a bob cut is a very standard haircut—it’s not something extremely difficult—and my mom’s hair is in great condition and very healthy. The stylist mentioned that it felt “heavy,” but from what I saw, I honestly don’t think she knew what she was doing. I watched the entire process, and she seemed quite inexperienced.Unfortunately, bringing my mom back to the salon isn’t really an option now, as the hair has been cut so short that there isn’t much that can be done to fix it.Thank you again for taking the time to reply.

Just had my first haircut with Puneet and it was amazing! I'm usually very nervous when trying someone new when it comes to my hair but I knew I was in great hands the minute I sat down in her chair!! 10/10 would definitely recommend her!

Never a bad experience here. The vibes, stylists and friendliness is what keeps bringing me back. I feel my hair would be lost without Tiffany. I always leave feeling better and more confident then I did walking in there. I love me a "hair day" when I make the appointment

I am so pleased with my experience at Era Hair today with Dara. I got 10 foils for their 'mini bonding' service and it's just the right amount to refresh my balayage and add some brightness to my previously dull looking hair.No forced small talk (although she was great to chat with and lovely) and she listened which is all a girl wants. will be back!! And I love my cut as well 😌 ☺️ 💕

I was fully aware of the salon’s cancellation policy and had no intention of canceling without a valid reason. Unfortunately, I fell ill and called to inform them that I wouldn’t be able to make my appointment. Despite the circumstances, they insisted on charging 50% of the service fee. While I understand the need to uphold policies, I believe a little flexibility and empathy in this situation would have gone a long way. I even mentioned I’d still come in—despite being unwell—because it seemed they were more concerned about enforcing the charge than client well-being. In the end, I felt worse and couldn’t attend the appointment, and the fee was still charged. The lack of compassion in their customer service left a lasting negative impression. I won’t be returning and will be advising friends and family to seek out salons that value both professionalism and empathy.Update:I appreciate your response. I want to clarify that I don’t take issue with your cancellation policy itself. I completely understand that in an appointment-based business, last-minute cancellations can lead to lost revenue and disruptions — and I fully respect that.My concern lies with how the policy was executed. When I first called to cancel, your staff didn’t mention that a fee would be applied. Because I had already read your policy, I followed up with another call and was then told there would be a 50% charge. Additionally, while you did offer to reschedule me within the next few days, I wasn’t available — which I understand is also not your responsibility. What I take issue with is the lack of communication. No one from your team reached out before charging the fee. I had mentioned that I was unwell and even offered to come in if required. Without any follow-up, you had no way of knowing what the situation might have been. A simple phone call and a little empathy would have gone a long way.To be clear, I’m not asking for a refund. My point is that the way a policy is communicated and enforced is just as important as the policy itself. A small gesture of understanding could have made the experience feel far more respectful.

Had a wonderful experience for my first time at Era Hair Studio and Seth did an exceptional job. I’ve gotten my hair done a few times before at other salons but Seth has done by far the best job with my hair. Seth makes you feel welcome and comfortable the whole time you are there. Also very reasonable pricing.

It was my first visit at Era Hair Studio and my first appointment with Kaitlyn. I absolutely love the balayage she did on my hair. I look forward to my next appointment with her. I highly recommend Kaitlyn.PS. I really enjoyed the 90s throwback music they had playing in the salon. And the salon was very clean and modern.
